What this verifies
1. The individual setup form is completed before payment.
2. Submit Setup & Purchase opens live Stripe Checkout with applicable tax.
3. Only after Stripe confirms payment, the completed setup is emailed to support@hazardcuereport.com.
4. Only after delivery of that Support email is confirmed, HazardCue sends the owner notification to HazardCueLLC@yahoo.com with the subject Customer Purchase.
If payment is canceled or fails, neither email is sent.
